Franck Guilloteau will be engaged in process redesign, help make innovation transfer and tool development possible, and lead knowledge mangement development.

Engineering Background

Mr. Guilloteau is a biomedical engineer with a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Following his graduation, he completed a fellowship in Biomedical Engineering with a subspecialty in product development. His experience in product development and biomedical engineering delivers the critical competency necessary to lead the technical side of a full production enterprise incubator.

Business Expertise

Mr. Guilloteau has led and implemented revolutionary product design projects in medical and automotive industries. During his tenure with Health Care Concepts (HCC), he has been involved with projects spanning industry segments from aerospace and consumer products to software and fitness. He has assisted Dr. Charles Denham in development of the Spectrum Market Penetration SystemTM. He has been instrumental in the design and implementation of HCC's multi-institutional consumer product studies that have successfully coupled industry and academic spheres.

As Chief Technology Officer for HCC, Mr. Guilloteau takes the lead role in keeping HCC equipped with technological advancements in multimedia, I.T., e-commerce, and product development. He is in charge of integrating these advancements into the framework of market penetration tools developed by HCC. In addition to his expertise in engineering and product development, he speaks three languages fluently and serves as the HCC's international liaison officer. Mr. Guilloteau leads the HCC internship program in which MBA and engineering students work with HCC. He coordinates joint venture projects with the University of Texas.

As Technology Director for the Premier Innovation Institute, Mr. Guilloteau's extensive experience in medical product development and tactical market penetration provides broad-based technical support to all market penetration projects. His "hands-on" practical leadership in clinico-economic data mining and applied market research provides a key link to the implementation of strategy. He is the tactical team leader of specific market penetration projects in addition to supporting all penetration efforts.
