  1. Assemble world class clinical academics for community ED advisory platform
  2. Recruit all key societies and organizations in critical care and ED. Include Suppliers, Providers, and Purchasers. Include telemedicine and innovation transfer domains.
  3. Assemble IHI and performance experts for platform including administrators, caregivers and COE players
